We are already working with more than 300 law firms across the UK, through our market leading Employment Disputes Insurance Scheme. The insurance cover that we offer is designed to give law firms the capacity to offer clients who are employers the option of a cost-efficient employment risk management package with a budgeted annual cost.

This guarantees your clients’ compliance obligations and gives them access to expert advice on day-to-day employment issues. It includes an indemnity for any legal fees, awards or settlements that arise if your clients have a dispute. It could save them substantial amounts of money in the long run.

This Employment Protection Scheme is an important component for UK law firms to protect clients and also maximise its benefits as a sales tool so they can consolidate their existing client base and attract new business.

An additional benefit of the policy is that it is fully controlled by the law firm, not the insurer. This ensures clients have flexibility and certainty when dealing with employment issues. Few other schemes in the market offer this facility.

Our policy is unique in the way it covers the costs and settlement for ACAS Compulsory Conciliation, and it can also be extended to cover Pursuit costs when enforcing employees’ restrictive covenants.
